Stacia Littlefield, Registered Psychotherapist
Stacia (pronounced “stay-cee-a”) serves clients in ways that move them toward holistic health and abundant living. Clients feel accepted by Stacia and led toward the power of redemptive change. She has helped clients lift anxiety, depression and shame. Stacia has improved relationships and the lives of those impacted by complex trauma. Stacia also helps children gain emotional fluency and healing through creative play.
Stacia helps clients reach their goals through several different counseling theories, including Narrative Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She incorporates recent developments in neurobiology and trauma informed approaches to move clients forward.
Stacia is a Registered Psychotherapist in the state of Colorado and a Master’s Level counseling intern. She is a certified Prepare/Enrich facilitator, a marriage and pre-marriage assessment and relational tool. Stacia holds an M.A. in Teaching from Colorado College, and plans to graduate from Denver Seminary with a M.A. in Clinical Mental Health in Spring 2019.
Stacia has lived in Colorado Springs for just over a decade, and is still finding beautiful new hiking trails to explore. She loves a good cup of tea, preferably oolong or green, traveling, and live music.
