Step 1: Call the front desk at 720-935-2663 ext.2.  If email is easier, you can reach us here.  We are live on the phones from 10am to 3pm Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays.  If you receive our voicemail, please leave a message! We will return all calls by the end of the following business day.

Step 2:  The admin team can guide you to find the right therapist for you!  Once we find you a match that fits your therapy focus, budget, and schedule, the next step is making the appointment official.

  • You’ll find a day and time that works for you and your therapist’s schedule
  • You’ll be asked for a credit card to charge a $50 non-refundable deposit to hold your spot

Step 3:  You will receive 3 emails after you officially schedule:

  • A receipt for the $50 deposit
  • An invitation to join the client portal (email with a big blue button in the middle)
  • A confirmation email with details of your upcoming intake appointment

Step 4: Attend your first session.

  • Your therapist will ask questions to get the context of what you are navigating
  • During the first or second session, your therapist will help you set some goals for therapy so you can know if you are getting what you want
  • After your initial appointment, all subsequent sessions will be scheduled by you and your therapist. All billing updates and changes will also be handled by your therapist
