Therapists
Position: Licensed Mental Health Provider – Psychologist, LPC, or LMFT
Hours: Part time building to full time (at least 20 clients/week)
Location: Castle Rock, CO or Centennial, CO (Near Park Meadows Mall)
Wages: Commission based.
Masters Level estimate (20+ clients/wk): $70,000 – $105,000+
Doctoral Level estimate (20+ clients/wk): $88,000 – $131,000+

Our Christian counseling clinic is seeking a licensed mental professional to join our fun, supportive team in either Castle Rock or the Park Meadows area of Colorado. The ideal candidate wants to be in private practice with like-minded clinicians and not have the hassles of self-employment. We are a fee-for-service clinic, so plan for about 4 months to build a caseload. Referrals come quickly if skilled with adolescents, couples, trauma, and/or addictions. We place a high value on research-based practice, ethics and Christian integration. Regular trainings and informal consultation lunches are part of our culture. Therapists are W-2 employees, with a commission-based salary.
Note: When you look at our website, you’ll notice our staff is almost entirely Caucasian. We would like to expand our services to include clinicians of color since research shows clients tend to do better and last longer with clinicians who are of their ethnic background. Requirements: Identifies as Christian. Laughs at jokes. Not weird. Must already be licensed in Colorado as a Psychologist, LPC, or LMFT.
