Our Castle Rock-based Christian counseling center is expanding (not in our waistlines, hopefully) and we’re looking for a licensed counselor or psychologist to join our team as a W-2 employee.  We place a high value on research-based practice, ethics, Christian integrity, and laughing.  Our therapists get regular trainings, consultation, and community (aka burnout prevention).

We need two therapists that can help us establish new offices in Monument and Dillon.  This is an exciting new season for our group and you’d be an integral part of making it happen!  The therapists would need competence with youth and adults, working with a variety of concerns including marital therapy. Since we love our Castle Rock office culture, we would want you to experience it as well, which means attending staff gatherings in Castle Rock but building a caseload of at least 20 clients/week in another office (in Monument or Dillon).

Requirements: Identifies as Christian. Laughs at jokes. Not weird. Must already be licensed in Colorado as a Psychologist, LPC, LMFT or LCSW.

Specific Need: As you can tell, our staff needs some color. As tan as we get, we cannot provide the benefits that someone from another culture can bring us.

To Apply: Email a vita or resume to Dr. Veronica Johnson.

There are no administrative positions available at this time.
