Doyle Lott, MSSA, LCSW
Doyle specializes in
- Helping adolescents maneuver the bridge from childhood to adulthood
- Helping couples work through relationship challenges
- Talking with men as they face life struggles
- Offering compassion to those in the LGBT community
You may hear Doyle say: “The healing comes in the telling” because when struggles are unspoken and kept on the inside, they grow in the dark and become overwhelming. When they are spoken, the issues come into the light and begin to lose their power in our hearts and lives. Once you’ve spoken about your struggle, you’ve taken a first step to emotional healing. Doyle helps his clients feel safe in a therapeutic, confidential setting.
Doyle has counselled others since high school when he first served as a counselor at a Christian summer camp. Beginning his career as a student pastor, Doyle later served as a Social Worker in child protective services and foster care, then as an in-patient hospitalization therapist. He now specializes in individual, couples, and family therapy.
Doyle earned a B.A. in Christian Ministries from Malone University in Canton, Ohio, followed by a Master of Science in Social Administration with emphasis in Children, Youth and Family from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. A resident of Colorado since 2002, he is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with the State of Colorado.
